WHIPPED WEEPING HORSE(S)

Those who eat with two eyes closed
And speak with their tongues kept in their anus
What will become of you when you stay still?

That man's horse was beaten for running
He did not refute,
The horse then bled out-
He did not refute,
They killed that horse,
Still he did not refute,
For both the horse and the man
Became still.
Some whose horses were not ready
For a race buried the man and his horse
In their tongues for awhile
Until they were exhumed as they cried
For RICE AND COIN for days.

And the feet of the horses
Of those who sent the man and his horse
To a Place of Silence
Pressed against the soil.
Their horses were beaten
By vibrant young horses,
But they all refuted!
Their anger bled out-
And in their anger were bank accounts-
Empty bank accounts.
That had lies and deceits as
Their account details.

And when their horses died:
The whole world cried,
Each one hoping to get something
From their bank accounts,
But when emptiness
They saw, the whole world refuted.
On their grave 'EMPTINESS' was written.

The maggots refuted too
When they were buried with their horses
Not because the maggots were unkind
Not because they were harsh
But that they had nothing to eat.
But when they decided to go further,
Tear the flesh, open the bellies
They found it, the feed of all living horses!
Living, working and walking upon the soil of reality.
The green grasses and straws of younger horses
The brown grasses of other older horses
Were found in them- lying in waste-but not for the
Maggots.
As the maggots rejoiced:
Yipee!!! They screamed
And called the buried horses other names:
The generous general, the magnanimous magnette,
The prince of golden pieces
For in their bellies were
The treasures of all other horses.

Those who eat with two eyes closed
And speak with their tongues kept in their anus
What will become of you when you stay still?

Ahcaba did it, where is he?
Where is his horse?
Where are they?

All horses are the same
But some:
The horses of my father
The horses of my father
That feed on wealth and not straws,
What are they?

TIED TO FREEDOM by Mide Benedict

Don’t hold me down L ike I’m in some cave Just like a bird flies Where nothing breathes light Through a hidden dark sky L ike an existence lost in inexistence, Locked up in a bottle     T hat only lives every day in an every minute coffin Tightened with an unbreakable cover.    Free me I said, but you brought me this! What freedom is more painful than   Eye balls without sights; faith without work like To walk on a spot;                    Mountains tied to your legs   While eyes go dark                    As you walk unmoving: In a place surrounded by light;            What a freedom!
