Have you ever rushed to check the last chat you had with someone, perhaps a friend either on whatsapp, messenger, etc., after receiving the news of his or her demise and at that moment you discover

that the last message he sent you was read by you but you never replied? How do you feel: sorry, disturbed or even like a betrayal? Yes, it has happened a number of times. But have you ever asked yourself the question why you kept repeating the same thing over and over again and the same feelings appear to you each time that happened? If not, now is the time to ask.
